Tech Support Access
If you are having technical issues with your account, tech support is likely to ask you to enable their access to your account. By enabling support access, our engineers can enter your account and poke around to see what is going on. You can disable this access at any time.
The following movie demonstrates how to enable tech support access. In words, click on the Team menu item, then edit your user account. Find the Allow Tech Support check box and check it. Then save changes.
